Meet Sydnee Blodgett
Hi, my name is Sydnee, and I'm a fantasy author going by the pen name S. H. Blodgett. My first book was written in 2020, and since then, I've been enjoying every moment of my writing career. When I'm not lost in my writing world, you can find me hanging out with my amazing husband and our super lively 4-year-old German Shepherd. They are my world! My husband currently serves in the Army, making me a Milspouse of six years. What a wild time it has been! We've moved on average once per year since we got married in 2019. I read far too many books, love diving into video games, and enjoy a good hike. Especially in some stunning places! I've recently moved to Washington state, and let me tell you, it's gorgeous out here. So, that's me living life, enjoying the journey, and hoping my stories find a little corner in your world too.

I write slow-burn supernatural mysteries full of
haunted memories, twisty secrets, and fiercely flawed women who chase shadows instead of running from them.
By day, I’m an instructional designer and program manager, wrangling digital chaos, three kiddos, two dogs, one opinionated cat, and a household powered entirely by coffee and sarcasm. By night, I’m either writing, recording for The Chickling Chronicles podcast, or curled up with an audiobook and pretending the laundry isn’t giving me side-eye.
I’m also a proud military brat, vet, and spouse; so yes, I’ve both worn the boots and moved more times than I can count.
